Finding the Remote Control

Upon checking into the apartment, you will find a glass dining table to the left of the entrance door. On this table, you will find the remote control for the parking space assigned to the apartment.
When leaving, please return the remote control to the dining table. Thank you!

Accessing the Parking Space

By Car (Approximately 3-5 minutes, depending on traffic)

• Start from bul. Patriarch Evtimiy 78 and drive in the direction of traffic until you reach the intersection with ul. Knyaz Boris I.
• Turn left onto ul. Knyaz Boris I.
• After approximately 50 meters, turn left onto ul. Gurgulyat and continue straight until you reach bul. Vitosha.
• Turn right onto bul. Vitosha, then after about 50 meters, turn right again onto ul. Verila.
• Continue driving straight until you reach ul. Verila 6.
• On the right-hand side, you will see large gray automatic gates.
• Press the button on the remote control to open the gates and enter the parking area.
• Drive about 30 meters inside, and on the left-hand side, you will see a sign marking the parking space assigned to apartment Patriarch Evtimiy 78.

On Foot (Approximately 5-7 minutes)

• Start from bul. Patriarch Evtimiy 78 and cross the boulevard.
• Walk along ul. Tsar Asen I for about 150 meters until you reach the intersection with ul. Verila.
• Turn left onto ul. Verila and walk for approximately 20 meters until you reach ul. Verila 6.On the left-hand side, you will see large automatic gates.
• Press the button on the remote control to open the gates and enter the parking area.
• Walk about 30 meters inside, and on the left-hand side, you will see a sign marking the parking space assigned to apartment Patriarch Evtimiy 78.
